All studio amenities — kitchenette with oven and fridge, workspace, monitor, screen, wifi. Comfortable seating — bean bags, hammock swing, high-top table + stools, loose chairs. Flameless candles, plants, teas, mugs, dished. Self-check-in and self-check-out via keybox

How booking works:

1. Choose your date through the booking widget below.

2. Submit your request. First-time bookings reviewed within 24 hours.

3. Once approved, you'll receive a confirmation email with your keybox access code and everything you need.

4. Arrive any time from 7 am on your booking day. Space is yours until 7 pm.

5. Tidy up before you leave (see FAQ + Etiquette).

Repeat Bookings:

After your first successful booking, future requests are auto-approved so you can book quickly.

Assistance with Podcast Equipment

The Studio is equipped for podcast recording, and a trusted local audio tech is available if you'd rather focus on the conversation than the gear. Two levels of support:

Setup & Sound Check — $125 Mic positioned, levels dialed in, and recording armed before you arrive. A quick walkthrough when you get here, then the space is yours.

Full Production Support — $350 (first 4 hrs), $75/hr after Setup, sound check, live monitoring, recording, troubleshooting, teardown, and your final audio file delivered after. Walk in, record, walk out — the rest is handled.
