Cancellation & Refund Policy
Plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both you and us.
Standard cancellations
• More than 7 days before your booking: full refund
• Between 48 hours and 7 days before: 75% refund OR 100% credit toward a future booking
• Less than 48 hours before: no refund; credit may be applied at our discretion
Rescheduling
You may reschedule at no cost up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Cancellations by The Studio
If we cancel (building issue, emergency), you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost. We are not liable for incidental costs such as travel or lost income.
Refund processing
Refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
How to cancel
Email book@thestudiooakbay.com with your booking details. We will confirm your cancellation in writing.
